STA85 electromagnet chuck control board is specially used for electromagnetic chuck controller, for any electromagnetic workholding controllers. It is with 10 pulse trigger output control, powerful excitation setting, fast release, 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor, and high digital safety standard design, specially used for electromagnet control. Fault alarm, interface parameters are displayed by LED digital tube, setting parameters will be automatically stored, control board with phase loss protection, over voltage protection, over current protection, working status indication, etc. Control preocess uses three phase full control bridge rectification excitation and single phase full control bridge rectification demagnetization to achieve electromagnet control. It can trigger thyristor under 1000A, and with comfirmal coating protection.
