Electroplating, plating and medium high frequency power supply control board

The control system adopts high-speed industrial microprocessor technology, which is with good control quality, convenient debugging and maintenance. It can choose constant voltage or constant current closed-loop control according to the needs. The main circuit uses the rectifier line with full-control bridge or six-phase double-reverse star-band balanced reactor according to the current.

This trigger board uses 32 bit industrial high performance microprocessor and high digital design. It is combined with open loop voltage adjustment, close loop constant current and constant voltage into one. The control board has phase recognition, phase loss protection, constant current output, constant voltage output, current limit, over current and other protection functions.(RS485 communication function version is ST33C,  it is optional, equipt according to user's requirements.)

Fault alarm and interface parameter are using LCD display,
