I. Introduction
SD331 induction heating power supply control board adopt DSP construction, suitable for induction heating within 100KW. Mainly used in frequency adjustment & power djustment application. Frequency is 0.4~100kHz, highly digital and qulified design. Support remote & on site control method. It is Sinepower's induction heating power supply product with international advanced technology level independently developed and produced by the third generation. It uses IGBT as he inverter module. The control board is with phase miss protection, constant current output, cnstant power output, over voltage protection, constant temperature output, over current protection, short circuit protection, working indicator and other functions. Broadband frequency self-adaption, good anti-voltage fluctuation performance, high power factor, high efficiency and energy saving, intelligent protection system and other characteristics, suitable for thermal processing, heat treatment, thermal assembly, welding, smelting and other thermal processing industries of metal materials.
The main control board continues to lead the innovation of core control algorithms and software technology in the industry. The structure and operation processing speed of the control software package can ensure that the adjustment of all control loops can be completed quickly; at the same time, it has good reliability, stability, and strong anti-interference ability.
