1. Product Introduction

SD330 induction heating power supply control board adopts high-speed DSP core architecture design, suitable for power induction heating within 300KW, only for users with batch orders, working frequency 0.4KHz-100KHz, highly digital Seiko quality design, supports remote control and on-site The control method is an induction heating power supply product with international advanced technology independently developed and produced by the third generation of Sine Power, using IGBT as the inverter device. The control board has functions such as phase loss protection, constant current output, constant power output, overvoltage protection, constant temperature output, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and working status indication. Broadband self-adaption, good anti-voltage fluctuation performance, high power factor, high efficiency and energy saving, intelligent protection system and other characteristics, suitable for thermal processing, heat treatment, thermal assembly, welding, smelting and other thermal processing industries of metal materials.
 
The main control board continues to lead the innovation of the core control algorithm and software technology in the industry. The structure and operation processing speed of the control software package can ensure that the adjustment of all control loops can be completed quickly; at the same time, it has good reliability, stability, and strong anti-interference ability. 1. Adopt advanced control technologies such as DSP digital control system, automatic frequency tracking, and frequency feedback self-adaptation to make the equipment run more stably and efficiently. Fully automatic SMD process manufacturing, stable and reliable performance;

Perfect fault detection and alarm function, real-time detection of load status, load current, control signal, feedback signal loss and other parameters, designed with over-frequency/low-frequency protection functions, the protection system is more complete and reliable. Current loop (voltage loop) feedback input signal supports transformer, 0-5V and other analog input signals;
 
3. Working mode: constant current operation, constant power operation, constant temperature operation (optional item), process program operation (optional item), which can be selected according to different working conditions or process requirements, and supports 12/16-bit high-precision sampling control ;
 
4. The main control board comprehensively improves the control accuracy and adjustment speed of the system. The resolution of the current and voltage display reaches 0.1V or 0.1A, and the resolution of the power display reaches 0.01K, and the output is stable;
