This drive module is suitable for the supporting use of SF/SD series:
1. External AC/DC isolated power supply, single power supply 15V power supply
2. Adopt brand IGBT drive core, single channel 4W output power, peak current of ±30A
3. Full-bridge inverter control design, directly drives four signal IGBTs, and retains the extended interface
4. The driving signal and fault signal are indicated by LED, and the working conditions are clear at a glance
5. Use high isolation voltage (4500Vrms, 1 minute)
6. With desaturation detection short circuit protection function
7. Drive power supply undervoltage protection function
8. Output soft shutdown and timing reset function in case of over-current fault
9. Drive switching frequency up to 50KHz
10. The user does not need to invest effort in debugging the drive for a specific application
