· Product Introduction
SPM Signal Monitoring Module is engineered with a new generation embedded system. It features an isolated communication interface, allowing it to communicate independently with a PC or PLC, or to network with multiple communication modules. The module is also equipped with a transient suppression circuit, which effectively suppresses various surge pulses and ensures reliable operation in harsh environments.
The SPM6-MB series Thermocouple Signal Alarm Setter converts on-site two-wire thermocouple signals into standard 4-20mA signals. Combined with user-defined ranges, alarm setpoints, and alarm modes, it controls two relay alarm outputs. The module utilizes a high-precision internal ADC for data acquisition, with resolution up to 24 bits and measurement accuracy better than 0.1%. It is suitable for temperature signal monitoring in industrial environments.
This product requires an independent power supply and adopts a DIN 35mm standard rail mounting method. Its simple on-site installation and flexible use make it adaptable to various field applications.
