Suitable for driving middle high power IGBT,with short circuit protection, active clamping, power supply voltage monitoring, unique Anti-IGBT explosion-proof, output alarm signal when under-voltage and over current.

1. Single power supply 15V (power 150W) power supply, external AC/DC isolated power supply
2. Using brand IGBT driver core, single channel 4W output power, peak current of ±35A
3. Full-bridge inverter control design, directly drive four-channel signal IGBT, reserve expansion interface
4. The driving signal and fault signal are indicated by LED, and the working conditions are clear at a glance
5. 5KV electrical isolation on the original and secondary side, safe and reliable
6. With short-circuit protection, active clamping and power supply voltage monitoring functions
7. Unique anti-IGBT explosion tube design
8. Output alarm signal when under voltage and over current fault
9. Suitable for driving medium and high power IGBT
