

The STC53 Motor Soft Starter Trigger Board employs a 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor, designed with highly digitalized safety compliance standards, specifically for three-phase AC motor soft-start applications, and features bypass output control. Fault alarms and interface parameters are displayed via an LCD screen or touchscreen with a Chinese menu interface, and set parameters are automatically saved. Soft-start methods include voltage ramp with current limiting, voltage kick start, constant current start, and variable frequency soft start. This enables smooth motor starting under any operating condition, protects the drive system, reduces the impact of starting current on the power grid, ensures smooth deceleration and soft stopping of the motor, effectively resolves the issue of parking surge in inertial systems, and eliminates feedback impact on the drive system. Furthermore, various parameters during the starting process can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the motor load, such as soft-start mode, overload protection level, and start/stop times. The control board features power-on soft start, soft stop, running time query, dynamic fault recording, and operational status indication. It utilizes an anti-parallel AC thyristor triggering method capable of triggering thyristors up to 3000A, making it suitable for various motor loads including three-phase AC squirrel-cage induction motors across industrial sectors.
