

Utilizing a 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor and designed according to highly digitized safety standards, this unit is specifically intended for three-phase AC motor soft-start applications. It is suitable for generator-powered startup, features bypass output control, and is equipped with RS485 communication, 4-20mA signal output, and six-pulse transformer control. Fault alarms and interface parameters are displayed on an LCD or touchscreen with a Chinese menu; set parameters are saved automatically.
Soft-start methods include voltage ramp with current limiting, voltage kick-start, constant current, and variable frequency soft-start. These enable smooth motor starting under any operating condition, protect the drive system, reduce the impact of starting current on the power grid, and ensure smooth motor deceleration and stopping (soft stop). It effectively resolves the parking surge issue in inertial systems and eliminates feedback impact on the drive system. Furthermore, various parameters during startup can be adjusted according to motor load characteristics, such as soft-start mode, overload protection level, and start/stop times. The control board features power-on soft-start, soft-stop, runtime query, dynamic fault logging, and operational status indication.
It employs an anti-parallel thyristor AC triggering method, capable of triggering thyristors rated up to 1000A, and is suitable for various motor loads including three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors across industrial sectors.
