











The ST36 twelve-pulse three-phase rectifier thyristor trigger board utilizes a 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor and is designed according to high-standard digital safety specifications. It supports both network remote control and on-site control, with open Fuzzy-PID parameter adjustment. It integrates three regulation modes—open-loop voltage regulation, closed-loop constant voltage, and constant current—enabling thyristor control for constant voltage with current limiting or constant current with voltage limiting.
Features include fault alarm and a user interface with parameters displayed via an LCD screen or touchscreen using a Chinese menu. Set parameters are automatically stored. The control board is equipped with functions such as phase-loss protection, soft start on power-up, soft shutdown, manual current sharing, constant current output, constant voltage output, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, and operational status indication.
It employs a twelve-pulse three-phase full-control bridge rectification or a double inverse star twelve-pulse rectification triggering method with a balancing reactor. It can trigger thyristors rated up to 5000A and is suitable for various load types requiring voltage and current regulation across industrial fields, including resistive loads, inductive loads, and transformer primary sides. It is widely used in equipment such as electrolysis, electroplating systems, and three-phase thyristor power supplies.
