The ST35 three-phase rectifier thyristor trigger board employs a 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor. It is specifically designed for regulating positive and negative voltages in reversible applications. One three-phase bridge is used for forward output, while another three-phase bridge is used for reverse output. It supports both network remote control and on-site control methods, with open Fuzzy-PID parameter adjustment. The board integrates three regulation modes—open-loop voltage regulation, closed-loop constant voltage, and constant current—to control thyristors for constant voltage with current limiting or constant current with voltage limiting, all designed to meet safety standard specifications.
It features fault alarms and a user interface with parameters displayed via an LCD screen with a Chinese menu. Set parameters are automatically stored. The control board includes functions such as phase-loss protection, soft start on power-up, soft shutdown, constant current output, constant voltage output, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, and operational status indication.
It utilizes three-phase full-control bridge rectification and anti-parallel thyristor AC triggering methods. It can trigger thyristors rated up to 5000A and is suitable for various load types requiring voltage and current regulation across industrial fields, including resistive, inductive, capacitive, and transformer primary side loads. It is widely used in equipment such as electrolysis, electroplating systems, and charging/discharging power supplies.
