











The ST32 three-phase thyristor trigger board adopts a highly digitized safety standard design. It supports both network remote control and on-site control, with open Fuzzy-PID parameter adjustment. The board integrates three regulation modes—open-loop voltage regulation, closed-loop constant voltage, and constant current—to control thyristors for constant voltage with current limiting or constant current with voltage limiting. Functional parameters are set via push-button operation, while fault alarms and interface parameters are displayed on an LED digital display. Set parameters are automatically stored.
The control board includes features such as automatic phase identification, phase-loss protection, soft start on power-up, soft turn-off, constant current output, constant voltage output, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and operational status indication. It employs three-phase fully controlled bridge rectification, double inverse star rectification, and anti-parallel thyristor AC triggering methods. It can trigger thyristors rated up to 5000A and is suitable for various load types requiring voltage and current regulation across industrial applications, including resistive, inductive, capacitive, and transformer primary side loads. It is widely used in equipment such as electrolysis, electroplating, charging/discharging systems, three-phase thyristor power supplies, and electric heating temperature controllers.
