











The SD350 Induction Heating Power Supply Control Board adopts a high-speed DSP core architecture design, suitable for induction heating applications with power up to 300KW. It operates at a frequency range of 0.4KHz-100KHz and features a highly digitalized, precision-engineered design. It supports both remote and on-site control methods. As a third-generation product independently developed and produced by Sine Power, this induction heating power supply represents internationally advanced technology and utilizes IGBTs as inverter components.
The control board includes functions such as phase-loss protection, constant current output, constant power output, over-voltage protection, constant temperature output, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, and operational status indication. It offers characteristics like wide-frequency adaptability, excellent resistance to voltage fluctuations, high power factor, high efficiency and energy savings, and an intelligent protection system.
