The SP800 electromagnetic chuck control board features ten-pulse trigger control output, strong excitation settings, and fast material release actions. It utilizes a 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor and is designed to meet highly digitized safety standards, specifically for electromagnetic control applications. Fault alarms and interface parameters are displayed via an LED digital tube menu, and set parameters are automatically stored.
The control board includes functions such as phase-loss protection, undercurrent protection, overcurrent protection, and operational status indication. The control process employs three-phase fully controlled bridge rectification for excitation and single-phase fully controlled bridge rectification for demagnetization to achieve electromagnetic control. It can trigger thyristors rated up to 1000A and is protected with conformal coating.
Performance Features:
Utilizes a 32-bit industrial-grade high-speed microprocessor with parameter settings via an LED digital tube menu.
Equipped with strong magnetic output functionality for stronger material attraction compared to conventional control methods.
Parameters such as strong magnetic voltage/time, excitation voltage/time, and demagnetization voltage/time can be adjusted on-site.
Includes phase-loss protection, undercurrent protection, overcurrent protection, and operational status indication.
Features material attraction timeout setting to prevent accidental prolonged output voltage that may damage the chuck.
Provides power-failure magnetic retention output control functionality.
Users can set constant current output mode, where output current remains unaffected by grid fluctuations (in constant current mode).
Control methods include single-button self-locking or dual-button jog control (remote control), with user-selectable switching.
Equipped with automatic phase sequence recognition, eliminating phase sequence requirements for the power supply, simplifying installation and wiring.
Designed to meet safety standards with CE certification, ensuring quality and reducing time and maintenance costs.
Manufactured with fully automated SMD processes for stable, reliable, and mature performance.
Power transformer features military-grade quality, epoxy resin encapsulated, and undergoes high-temperature aging for premium durability.
Main control chip employs NXP 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance processor for superior computing power and reliable anti-interference capability.
Passive components use Murata and Infineon brands to ensure key parts of the control board are less prone to damage.
All output ports and digital input ports are electrically isolated for enhanced electromagnetic interference protection.
