



STA88 permanent electromagnet chuck control board is with 10 pulse trigger control output, magnetizing and demagnetizing operation, 32-bit industrial grade high-performance microprocessor and high digital safety standard design. It is used for high-power permanent electromagnet control occasions. The fault alarm and interface parameters are displayed by LED digital tube menu, and the parameters are automatically stored after setting. The control board has phase loss protection, undercurrent protection, over current protection, and working status indication, etc. The control process is uses three phase full control bridge type magentizing and single phase full control bridge type demagnetizing to achieve permanent electromagnet control. It can trigger thyristors under 1000A, and with conformal coating protection.
