Drive Type: EconoDUAL™ IGBT module, compatible with plug-and-play drivers: 2SP0115/2SP0320/2SP0430. Powered by an external isolated switching power supply (15V/100W). Features upper and lower tube short-circuit prevention output design, directly driving four sets of IGBT drivers, with expansion interfaces to drive additional drivers. Drive signals and fault signals are indicated by LEDs.
