SINEPOWER Launches Third-Generation Induction Heating Power Supply Control Board

SINEPOWER recently launched a new generation of induction heating power supply control boards.

This main control board adopts a high-speed DSP + CPLD + IGBT core architecture design, featuring highly digitalized and precision-engineered quality. It supports various network remote control and on-site control methods, representing the third-generation independently developed and produced induction heating power supply product by Sine Power, which boasts internationally advanced technological standards and utilizes IGBTs as inverter components.

The control board includes functions such as phase-loss protection, soft start upon power-up, soft shutdown, constant current output, constant voltage output, constant power output, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, and operational status indication. It is characterized by wide-frequency adaptability (0.1–500 kHz), excellent resistance to voltage fluctuations, high power factor, high efficiency and energy savings, and an intelligent protection system, making it suitable for various thermal processing industries such as metal heat treatment, welded pipe manufacturing, and steel bar production lines.

This main control board continues to lead innovation in core control algorithms and software technologies within the industry. The structure and processing speed of the control software package ensure rapid completion of all control loop adjustments. Additionally, it offers reliable stability, strong anti-interference capabilities, and unique interference prevention measures, enabling normal operation even in harsh interference environments. The IGBT medium-frequency induction heating power supply series offers user-friendly operation, a wide lock-in frequency range, and strong adaptability to different induction coils.
