This series of induction heating power supplies adopts a high-speed DSP core architecture design, characterized by highly digitalized and precision-engineered quality. It supports both remote and on-site control methods, representing a third-generation product independently developed and produced by Sine Power with internationally advanced technological standards. It operates at frequencies up to 200 kHz and power levels up to 600 kW, utilizing IGBTs or MOSFETs as inverter components. With full digital precision control and automatic resonant frequency tracking, it ensures that IGBTs operate in Zero-Current Switching (ZCS) mode under all working conditions, offering enhanced adaptability to inductors and on-site operational requirements.
