The SPC series communication signal conversion modules are primarily designed for signal interference processing and conversion in industrial settings. Their core functions include ground loop isolation, electromagnetic interference elimination, enhanced circuit load capacity, and support for device signal sharing and monitoring. They are widely used in measurement and control systems and various automatic control systems in industrial automation, medical electronics, automotive manufacturing, power engineering, petrochemicals, aerospace, railways, and PLCs.
The SPC8040-MB series 1 master to 4 slave RS485 serial communication module features high-speed optical isolation protection and converts RS485/RS232/TTL serial signals to four-channel RS485 signal distribution. When star-shaped connections are required in industrial settings, which can cause communication anomalies, an RS485 hub can be used to resolve these issues. It also amplifies and isolates RS485 signals, increasing communication distance.
This product requires a separate power supply and is mounted on a standard 35mm DIN rail, offering simple on-site installation and flexible use, adapting to various field applications.
